Moving Right Along

Exploring this new blog world has admittedly become a lot of fun.  We are able to communicate with you (our customers) in ways my Great Grandfather could never have imagined.  We wanted to take advantage of our new found opportunity to communicate by celebrating our new delivery and set truck here at Bras and Mattos Monument Company.  We now have the ability to deliver about 2 times the amount of stone per delivery.  Our new truck gets much better mileage, and because we are able to load so much more we end up saving time money and energy by simply adding additional stops to our existing delivery routes.

In any economy, making the wisest decision when purchasing anything should be the number one goal.  Service and quality of course be right at the top of the list but also important is considering what the company you are buying from is actually doing to help keep their overhead down as well.  After all, the more overhead a company has the more cost gets ultimately passed on to the end customer.  With our national economy showing signs of recovery, we realize more than ever that savings are more appreciated than ever.  The same way we are all trying to continue to make small changes to help our our personal finances Bras and mattos Monument Company has been doing so as well.  By making small changes, like becoming "greener", more fuel efficient and delivery time conscience we have been able to keep our retail and wholesale prices consistently competitive while most of the people we know of in our industry including our vendors have simply raised theirs.

We believe in value, creativity and craftsmanship, but also limiting expenses where possible to keep our product affordable. And since We found a few ways to save money here at the shop and are happy to pass those savings right along to all of our customers, we thought you might want to hear about it.  We thank you again for all of your support, and hope to continue developing new and creative ways to keep our pricing such everyone in our area has the opportunity to have a fitting custom memorial.
